Refund and Returns Policy

📦 Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All our products are 100% digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, Google Docs, editable slides, or zipped folders).
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned, in accordance with international consumer protection laws on non-tangible goods.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Technical Issue – You were unable to access/download the product and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
  2. Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times in a single transaction.
  3. Incorrect File Provided – If you received a product that clearly does not match the description or title.

Please note: Change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of compatibility with your device are not valid reasons for a refund.


🕓 Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.


📩 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support with:

  • Your order ID
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for your refund request
  • Any screenshots or documentation to support your claim

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.
