📦 Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All our products are 100% digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, Google Docs, editable slides, or zipped folders).
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned, in accordance with international consumer protection laws on non-tangible goods.
✅ Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Technical Issue – You were unable to access/download the product and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times in a single transaction.
- Incorrect File Provided – If you received a product that clearly does not match the description or title.
Please note: Change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of compatibility with your device are not valid reasons for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
